# Working agreements

- Develop locally under ~/projects/fzc-src/blog; fzc is a deployment host.
- All routine commands belong in Makefile. Run make test before deployment.
- Own static HTML/CSS/JS; do not restore Hugo/PaperMod or add a heavy framework.
- Preserve published Markdown and permanent URLs. Compare live repository history before trusting copied working trees.
- Application links/descriptions belong in apps.json. Never publish secrets, private track links or access tokens.
- Keep Ingress/TLS and unrelated workloads untouched. Deploy only public/; preserve previous releases for rollback.
- Never infer an infrastructure/Gitea upgrade from a request to update source repositories.
