feat: 统一去重检测，所有保存路径禁止同名配方

提取 checkDupName 函数统一所有保存路径的重名检测：
- 同名同配方：提示已存在，不保存
- 同名不同配方：展示差异，强制改名，循环检测直到不重名
- 覆盖：单条保存、全部保存、共享到公共库
