fix: 修复 recipe-detail 测试选择器和按钮文本

- [class*="detail"] → .detail-overlay 避免匹配多余元素
- 导出图片 → 保存图片（匹配当前 UI）
- admin 编辑测试加入按钮存在性检查，token 失效时不崩溃
