完全移除oil_plans相关代码：
- 后端: 7个API端点、2个数据库表
- 前端: plans store、Inventory方案UI、UserManagement方案编辑器

- 通过后内容保持显示
- 用户管理页面根据用户实际认证状态显示（修复拒绝后又通过仍显示已拒绝）

- 搜索直接添加（回车或点击）
- 4个套装快捷按钮（家庭医生/居家呵护3988/芳香调理/全精油）
- 精油库默认折叠
- 配方匹配排除椰子油，降低门槛（至少1种匹配）
商业认证:
- 简化为商户名+证明图片
- 通过后内容仍显示（和二维码页面一致）
- 审核中内容不可修改

Refactor frontend to Vue 3 + Vite + Pinia + Cypress E2E
- Replace single-file 8441-line HTML with Vue 3 SPA
- Pinia stores: auth, oils, recipes, diary, ui
- Composables: useApi, useDialog, useSmartPaste, useOilTranslation
- 6 shared components: RecipeCard, RecipeDetailOverlay, TagPicker, etc.
- 9 page views: RecipeSearch, RecipeManager, Inventory, OilReference, etc.
- 14 Cypress E2E test specs (113 tests), all passing
- Multi-stage Dockerfile (Node build + Python runtime)
- Demo video generation scripts (TTS + subtitles + screen recording)
