feat: 批量打标签改为标签选择器

- 点击批量打标签展开标签选择面板
- 已选标签（绿色pill可删除）+ 候选标签（点击添加）+ 新标签输入
- 和编辑器内的标签样式一致
- 确认后批量添加到所有选中配方
